To see the status of your order, please follow the tracking code link to the courier’s website in the email we sent you that confirmed your order.
If you are a Discreetly account holder and you were logged in when you placed your order, the tracking code will also display in the Order History section of your account page. Log in to your account
If the parcel has not arrived 5 days after you had expected it to, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help by contacting the courier on your behalf.
If you aren’t available when your parcel arrives, it will be kept at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel is returned back to us.
When shipping goods overseas with Royal Mail the final leg of the journey in the destination country is done by the local postal service.
The Royal Mail tracking number will relay the local providers tracking information.
There maybe times when you will need to contact your local postal service. If the calling/delivery card left by the postal service has been misplaced or one was not left then you can contact your local service with the following information: International Postal Contacts
DPD & Hermes will attempt delivery 3 times – if they are still unsuccessful after the third attempt, the parcel is returned back to us.
Please note, non delivered parcels for all destinations will be returned after their last delivery attempt.
